That seems to go for a lot of the electorate: the Conservatives were cited for contempt of parliament, which led to a non-confidence vote, yet that hasn't damaged Harper much.<br />His support seems to be based on a negative: voters loathe Ignatieff and, in Ontario, the provincial Liberals.
